Tate Stevenson Architects have recently completed 7new 2 bed apartments and two own door, 2 bed houses at Hopefield Avenue in North Belfast for NB Housing.

The small development, built on the site of a former detached dwelling, has small private front garden spaces which reflects the pattern of the street as well as a rear communal landscaped garden, bikes and bin storage.

The apartments are designed to blend in with the scale and rhythm of the existing 3 storey Edwardian terraced housing with contemporary detailing around the entrances and projecting bays; warmly expressed in the materials chosen, resulting in a crisp and outwardly welcoming façade.
