Construction Begins on New Apartments

Great news this week, after the 28th March signing of the NEC 3 Contract for a new build nine unit apartment to No.1 Hopefield Avenue, Belfast for NB Housing.

Wilson & Mawhinney Ltd have begun construction on site on the three story brick faced finished property which comprises of eight 2 bedroom apartments and a 1 bedroom apartment.

The development is designed to be high quality, safe, secure, visibly attractive accommodation that is designed to ensure integration into the highly desirable tree lined avenue.

Construction is expected to last for 12 months.
