The 28th March saw the signing of the NEC 3 Contract for a new nine unit apartment to No.1 Hopefield Avenue, Skegoneill, Belfast for NB Housing.
Wilson & Mawhinney Ltd have been awarded the contract on the three story face brick finished property. Accommodation comprises of 8 no. 2 bedroom 3 person apartments and a 1 no. 2 person 1 bedroom apartment.
Work will start in earnest in two weeks. As the project progresses, we will keep you updated.
